Chad Andrus is the founder of Andrus Land Group and an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) affiliated with Coldwell Banker D’Ann Harper, REALTORS® Land & Ranch Division. His approach to real estate is shaped by deep Texas roots, beginning with his ancestor William Andrus, who received a land grant on July 15, 1824, as part of Stephen F. Austin’s Old Three Hundred.
